Fayette County Boy Auditions For X-Factor

Recently a Fayette County native, Colton Pack of Danese, West Virginia, auditioned for FOX’s X- Factor and by this video (below) you can see that he was victorious!

Colton Pack is an up and coming country music singer.  While he has been singing since the age of three, he burst onto the scene at the age of 15 competing in local and statewide competitions.  With a great deal of success, he gained the attention of some prominent people.  One of Colton’s biggest breaks came, when he met Jeff Stevens, producer of country music superstar, Luke Bryan.  In addition to producing, Jeff is a very successful songwriter.  Jeff was impressed not only by Colton’s vocals, but by his songwriting abilities as well.  As a result Colton, Jeff, and a host of other chart-topping Nashville songwriters have collaborated to write numerous songs.  Colton also recorded a three song demo produced by Jeff during 2012. “

We will be anticipating and watching Colton’s journey into the country music scene and towards stardom. Good luck Colton! You’re a great artist and not only make Fayette County proud, but you’re making West Virginia proud also!
